Information We Collect: The only data we collect from you is your discord ID and in-game data to your profile, thats it!. The collected data will be used solely for the purpose of improving the bot and the game experience. The bot developers will not share or sell any user data to third parties.

Terms of Service: Please read these terms of service carefully before using Super Fighters operated by GildNovel. The bot is a free service provided for entertainment purposes only. The bot developers are not responsible for any damage or loss caused by the use of the bot.

Economy System: The bot features an economy system for virtual coins and items. Coins and items have no real-world value and cannot be exchanged for real money or services this includes cross trading, serious action will be taken if used maliciously. This excludes the bundles we offer, the bundles are only used for bot uptime, maintanaice, and to support our contributors.

Card Game System: The bot features a trading card game system for entertainment purposes only. The trading card game system is subject to change at any time without prior notice. Original art of the artist cannot be used for other forms of media without authorization of the artist and developers. NSFW, blood, satanic/dark representations in cards is strictly prohibited. Artists can promote their socials in their art. The submitted art must be 100% drawn/illustrated by you. Your card can be removed from the system at any time.

Use of Discord's Terms of Service: Users must comply with Discord's terms of service while using the bot. Any violation of Discord's terms of service will be treated as a violation of the bot's guidelines and terms of service.

User Bots, Spamming, and Automation: The use of user bots or automation of any kind is not allowed. Spamming of any kind, including but not limited to excessive messaging, is not allowed.

Alternate Accounts Alternate accounts are not allowed and will be treated as a violation of the guidelines and terms of service. Alternate accounts do not count as a separate user and will be treated as the same user.

Bugs And Abuse: If you ever find a bug do not abuse of it and do not use it as a jackpot, we advice you to report it to the support server right away, for your help we award a badge for anyone who reports bugs!
